Artist statement

As an artist, I work at the intersection of photography and digital art, increasingly incorporating innovative technologies, such as artificial intelligence (AI) into my creative process. My works are defined by a minimalist approach, translating complexity into simplicity. Dark, atmospheric visual worlds, often with a cinematic look, serve as a stage for profound socio-political themes.

In my creative process, the vision always comes first. I start with a strong conceptual foundation and focus on the message or theme I want to convey. Only after I have solidified the vision, I consider how to realise it visually. This approach allows for a wide variety of executions, as each theme requires its own unique aesthetic. The results are versatile works that are characterised by a consistent commitment to clarity of expression.

In my art, I aim to achieve maximum impact with minimal visual elements - both aesthetically and conceptually. Each piece is intentionally simple, directing attention to the underlying message. Photoshop serves as my tool to blend photographic and digitally created elements into harmony. The fusion of human creativity and artificial intelligence allows me to explore new visual pathways and brings my ideas to life beyond traditional boundaries.

My works challenge societal structures, address current issues, or reflect overarching human conditions - always from a distant, almost cinematic perspective. My goal is to create visual spaces that invite the viewer to delve deeper into the themes, while also leaving room for personal interpretation.

Biography

It all started in 2010 with my part-time work as a beauty and fashion photographer. In recent years, however, my focus has shifted to creating “photo art” and selling my pictures in galleries or on the Internet.

At the same time, I conduct workshops and work as a freelance journalist. My first illustrated book was published in bookstores in 2023. In 2022, I released my first short film, which has received awards worldwide.

I was already working on image processing during my engineering studies. In 2009, I was able to complete my photography training at the renowned "New York Institute of Photography (NYIP)". After that, my photography career began alongside my normal job as an IT project manager. About 3 years ago I gave up my "regular" job to concentrate exclusively on photography and art.
