... and here is my top topic for week 22 of 2024, artistically implemented. New every Sunday.
The former President of the USA has been found guilty in a trial. This fits 100% into the image of the “divider” who only ever repeats the narrative of a victim - over and over again. It is all the more impressive that the jury have not been influenced and have come to a unanimous verdict: "Guilty"
Because the person and his entire staging seemed like a farce to me, I portrayed the topic in a “surreal” and “abstract” way.
An abstract and dark structure as a symbol of "evil" - in contrast to the white surroundings. For me, the picture also shows a prison cell that threatens a convicted prisoner. For me, the lines are the bars of a cell. In detail, the lines also have a cross-structure, i.e. a grid.
The arrangement of the lines creates the perspective of a room, a prison cell.
Which side are we on? Does the viewer identify with the line on the right of the picture?

The print is applied with high quality ink on high quality art paper. To ensure longevity, the image should be protected from direct sunlight.
It is recommended that you only touch the pictures with gloves.
Only pictures made of acrylic glass can be cleaned with a clean, damp cloth without pressure.
Never expose unprotected prints to water. This destroys the surface.
