The flag of the USA as a symbol of the dream of independence. For me it represents the most important democracy in the world and is a monument as a world power. But even in the USA there are various currents and there is a lot of movement in the country, such as the current election campaign or the storming of the Capitol in the past.

I took the picture in August 2024 in the middle of Washington, the political center of the USA. The flags are waving in the wind and are not standing still. This was achieved through a long exposure. Nevertheless, there are still poles in the picture in the form of the masts. The color is caused by an "incorrect" white balance when taking the picture.
