With the death of the main official in the war in the Middle East, a hardliner has lost his life. This gives me hope for new and successful peace negotiations. I hope for an early release of all hostages and an end to the war in the entire region...

The possible path that now appears symbolically leads upwards and into the light. Whether it will be taken is an open question - there are no people (yet) to be seen in the picture taking this path.

Concrete is reminiscent of bunkers and cold. In keeping with the situation, the image is in black and white and has a high contrast.
