KW43/2024 waterfall

... and here is my top topic for the 44th week of 2024, artistically implemented. New every Sunday.

The picture shows an abstract depiction of a waterfall. The source of the water is kept rather calm - but once unleashed, the waterfall shows its full power. The dark edges give the picture a threatening drama, which is further enhanced by the black and white implementation.

For me, this picture symbolizes the terrible floods in Spain in recent weeks with well over 100 deaths.

For the umpteenth time, another natural disaster, the severity of which, in my opinion, is due to climate change.

The image is an overlay of an image I painted on the PC and one generated with AI according to my specifications.
